THE PRACTICAL PATH

Make the work.
Earn the next chapter.

Four academy skill checkpoints, independent of course module counts. A pass stays a pass when you move up.

  1. 01
    Prepare the evidence

Make a project, add an accessible export and explain your decisions.

  2. 02
    Get a clear review

See the rubric, score and next step. Revise the same project without losing earlier progress.

  3. 03
    Release the milestone

Once every tier requirement is met, its rank and allowed stones appear together on your profile.

What counts, and what does not?

Projects and weeks are cumulative. Three accepted practice days make one qualifying week; weeks need not be consecutive. Timer minutes, likes, payments and votes do not grant skill credit. Evidence for later stones stays pending until its tier is earned. No squad place? The academy must provide an equivalent peer activity.

01 / THE COLLECTION

A rank you earn.

Select a card to inspect its unlock requirements. Iron Man is the final mastery tier.

One journey. Four collection limits.

Spider-Man · 1 stone → Captain America · 3 → Thor · 5 → Iron Man · all 6. Reviewed evidence for a later stone stays pending until every gate for that tier is met.

Iron Man is earned through mastery, not a popularity vote. A separate seasonal distinction can recognise exceptional work without taking anyone’s earned rank away.

LEVEL 02

Captain America · The Specialist

Every requirement must pass. Your previous checkpoint scores remain valid.

      03 / INFINITY STONE VAULT

      Collect skills.
      Keep the stones.

3 / 6 stones collected. Select a stone to see the evidence required.

One stone. One demonstrated skill. Stones are earned once per season, cannot be bought or transferred, and are never consumed when requesting a gift.

      GIFT MILESTONE / 3 STONES

      Creator kit

Proposed: academy practice assets and a digital badge.

      GIFT MILESTONE / 6 STONES + MASTER

      Master collection

Proposed: a printed rank card and academy gift pack.

Gift contents, stock, budget and delivery dates must be published before a season opens. These are concepts, not promised prizes.

      04 / SQUAD COMMAND

      Six creators.
      One shared mission.

Level 2 opens squad eligibility. A published selection rubric forms the group; members elect its leader.

      HOW SQUADS WORK

Squads are balanced by learning stage, tools and availability. The leader coordinates a weekly brief and feedback—not grades, stones or punishments.

Each candidate needs consent and two distinct member endorsements. A leader serves four weeks, then a new election opens.

      FIRST SEASON

Squads open with the first season.

The academy will announce squad places, dates and the selection rubric. Reach Level 2 (Captain America) to be eligible — your rank is on your profile.

      SQUAD LEADERSHIP / ACCOUNTABILITY

      Lead the work.
      Unblock the people.

A leader owns the follow-up. The academy owns teaching, feedback and curriculum delivery.

      01 / PLAN

      A clear week for everyone.

Publish the weekly brief by Monday, 8 PM Dhaka: tasks, owners, deadlines and the expected artifact. Confirm capacity with each member.

      Evidence: a shared weekly plan.
      02 / FOLLOW THROUGH

      Know where people are stuck.

Check in on Tuesday and Friday. Track submitted work, feedback and blockers—not just timer minutes. The leader completes their own assignments too.

      Evidence: two progress check-ins.
      03 / ESCALATE

Turn a blocker into a next step.

Record a reported blocker within 24 hours and send it to the mentor. Every Friday, report what moved, what did not, why, and who will help next.

Evidence: blocker log + weekly report.

      WHEN PROGRESS STALLS

Diagnose first. Act on a deadline.

No forced rank-ups. A learner may still be improving through revisions; mentor notes must explain that progress.

      1. 7 days without accepted workLeader contacts the learner within 48h, records the cause and agrees one achievable next task. Exclude approved leave.
      2. 14 days without accepted workMentor reviews the evidence, pending feedback and skill gaps; assigns a seven-day recovery plan or an approved extension.
      3. 21 days without accepted workAcademic lead audits the cause and issues a written catch-up, support or cohort-transfer plan within seven days. Student can appeal privately.

THE ACADEMY'S SIDE OF THE PROMISE

      A visible teaching plan.

Proposed 16-week mentorship map, to be approved before enrollment. Publish the actual class dates, reviewer and support contact for every batch.

      1. Weeks 1–4 · FoundationEditing workflow, first cuts and the first reviewed project gate.
      2. Weeks 5–8 · Story & colorStory structure, consistent visuals and a mid-course mentor review.
      3. Weeks 9–12 · Motion & soundAnimation timing, sound and targeted revisions.
      4. Weeks 13–16 · PortfolioCapstone, independent review and a written completion or catch-up report.
      How the squad levels up

Crew: accepted roster + first plan. Unit: one group brief at 80%+ with 4 of 6 distinct contributors. Squad: 5 of 6 members at Individual Level 2+ and a second brief at 85%+. Alliance: 5 of 6 at Level 3+ and a final group capstone at 90%, with every active member’s contribution reviewed. The full rulebook defines adjusted roster rules. These team stages are proposed; automatic awards are not live.

If the leader misses their duties

Two unexcused missed obligations in 14 days trigger mentor review and a seven-day improvement plan. Continued verified failure goes to an independent reviewer, with a chance to respond, before replacement and a new election. A team member’s low score alone is not leader misconduct.

      If academy delivery slips

Give a written reason, revised date and recovery support. Overdue teaching or reviews escalate to the academic lead; do not mark the learner inactive or penalise their streak for academy delays. Complaints remain open through the help desk.

      06 / THE RULEBOOK

      High standards.
      A fair game.

Proposed pilot rules, written for Motion X. Thresholds are design decisions to trial—not research-proven cutoffs.

      01 · How a rank unlocks

Every gate must pass: academy skill checkpoints, unique approved projects, qualifying weeks and named stone evidence. Checkpoints 1–4 have fixed pass marks of 80%, 80%, 85%, 85%; earlier passes remain valid. The four tiers require 2/4/6/8 cumulative projects, 1/2/4/6 qualifying weeks and release 1/3/5/6 stones. Iron Man also requires a 90% final portfolio. These are minimum evidence requirements, not promised completion dates. An integrity hold pauses new awards pending review; existing rank is not automatically removed.

02 · What counts as practice

One unique work log per Bangladesh day: a 20-minute planned practice, an export or project artifact, and a reflection. A mentor validates the work, not the claimed timer. Three accepted days make a qualifying week. Review delays credit the original submission date. Approved leave pauses the consecutive streak without adding qualifying weeks.

      03 · Stones & gift claims

Six different skill milestones; no login bonuses, paid upgrades or repeat farming. A milestone can be claimed once per season. Three stones unlock creator-kit eligibility; six plus Iron Man unlock master-pack eligibility. No random draw, transferable balance or cash value. Reward requests require inventory and staff approval.

      04 · Squads, nominations & voting

Invite eligible Level 2+ learners into balanced groups of six, with an opt-in and a published waitlist rule. Nomination 48h → consent/endorsement 24h → sealed ballot 48h → challenge period 24h. Candidate: Level 3+, consent, two member endorsements and no unresolved integrity hold. Four of six ballots form a quorum. No majority means runoff; no quorum means one 24h extension then reopening.

      05 · Review, appeals & anti-cheating

Use a published rubric, duplicate checks and a reviewer trail. Revisions are welcome; duplicated submissions do not create new awards. Explain rejected work and allow a seven-day appeal to a different reviewer. Leaders cannot approve themselves, edit marks or see individual ballots. No public shame leaderboard.

      06 · Leader responsibilities & academy delivery

The leader publishes a weekly plan, checks in twice, completes their own work and escalates blockers. Stalled learning triggers support at 7, 14 and 21 days. Repeated leader non-performance requires review, a recovery period and appeal before replacement. The academy remains responsible for classes, materials, timely reviews and a documented catch-up plan. See Team duties and the full rulebook for deadlines.

      07 · Focus sessions & privacy

Practice happens here: set a goal, optionally use the timer, prepare a project link and reflection. The notebook is saved to your account; export it to share. Timer minutes are self-reported context, never proof of learning. No Discord account, bot, audio, screen recording or background-app tracking. Ranks and stones come only from mentor-reviewed work.
